We are seeking a R&D; Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and industrialization of manufacturing processes for high-voltage capacitors. The role focuses on process innovation, material qualification, and technology transfer to ensure reliable, efficient, and high-performance capacitor production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and testing electrical systems and components
- Conducting testing to ensure the systems and components meet safety standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while implementing and maintaining electrical systems
- Documenting testing activities and specifications of electrical components and systems
- Staying updated about current technologies, industry standards and regulations
- Training junior engineers and technicians
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Deploma in , ECE, Electrical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in R&D; or process engineering for film capacitors, dielectrics, or related components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on process experience.
- Knowledge of DOE, process validation, and data-driven optimization methods.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
