Job Description – PDI In-Charge

Job Title: PDI In-Charge (Pre-Delivery Inspection In-Charge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented PDI In-Charge to manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection process of vehicles, ensuring that every vehicle meets quality standards and is ready for customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for exterior and interior damages, scratches, dents, and paint defects.
- Check vehicle engine performance, electrical systems, lights, brakes, tyres, battery, and other components.
- Ensure all vehicle accessories and features are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with the service, sales, and spare parts departments to rectify identified defects.
- Maintain PDI checklists, inspection reports, and vehicle documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared before customer delivery.
- Monitor vehicle stockyard conditions and ensure proper vehicle handling.




- Ensure timely completion of PDI activities and delivery schedules.
- Guide and supervise PDI technicians and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in automobile inspection, vehicle servicing, or quality control is preferred.
