Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of a leading tyre manufactures’ finished goods warehouse, covering stock, storage, dispatch, quality checks, and team management. The role requires experience in 3PL warehouse operations, WMS, SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

- - Manage receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatching of finished goods.
- Plan manpower and supervise daily warehouse and shift activities.
- Handle material as per storage and handling procedures.
- Maintain stock accuracy across physical inventory, WMS, and SAP.
- Conduct stock checks and resolve inventory differences.
- Verify product, SKU, quantity, and condition before dispatching.
- Coordinate with the client and transporters to meet dispatch schedules.
- Complete WMS/SAP transactions
- Check and segregate damaged, rejected,



or quality-hold tyres.
- Maintain proper stacking, housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards.
- Monitor warehouse performance, identify issues, and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily and periodic reports on stock, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
- Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with the client and Express3PL procedures.

Requirements

- - Graduate in any field, Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL setting.
- Experience in Finished Goods and Tyre Warehouse operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of WMS and SAP.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
