We are looking for an energetic and articulate Corporate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting professional training sessions, developing employee skills, and driving workforce performance.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Conduct induction, soft skills, communication, and process-related corporate training programs for new and existing staff.
- ​Design engaging training modules, presentations, and interactive learning activities.
- ​Evaluate trainee progress, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
- ​Monitor batch attendance, assess performance metrics, and submit regular training reports to management.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

- ​Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English are strictly mandatory.
- ​Confident presentation,



classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- ​Prior experience in corporate training, soft-skills coaching, or customer service training is preferred (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).

​Compensation & Perks:

- ​Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000+ per month (commensurate with skills)
