Position: Zonal Manager – Hotel Division
Location: Tiruppur
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Hotel/Restaurant Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all zones and outlets across the Tiruppur region.
- Monitor daily outlet operations, sales, and overall performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene across all outlets.
- Supervise Branch Managers and outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of bills, expenses, and operational reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and coordinate with management to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or locations.
- Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Tiruppur region as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
