A leading education group with multiple brands across K-12 Schools and PU/Junior Colleges is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join its HR COE team.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across academic and non-academic functions, stakeholder management, and driving quality hiring within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements.
- Drive sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle multiple positions and ensure closure within timelines.
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
- Support hiring dashboards, recruitment MIS, and process improvements.

Desired Profile





- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment.
- Exposure to hiring in education or similar people-intensive industries preferred.
- Agency and/or corporate/client-side hiring experience acceptable.
- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage hiring volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and influencing capabilities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
