Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, shift schedules, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Conduct employee induction and support GMP awareness initiatives.
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, performance appraisals, and retention activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical recruitment,



especially QA, QC, and Production hiring.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance.
