In this role, you will connect with buyers, make calls, arrange site visits, and help customers choose their ideal villa. You will guide them from the first call to the final booking.

Responsibilities

- Make calls to recent leads and follow up with interested buyers.
- Understand customer needs, budgets, and plans to buy a home.
- Share project details and explain the key features of our villas.
- Turn customer interest into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Meet buyers at the project site and show them the villas.
- Answer customer questions and handle sales concerns with care.
- Discuss prices and offers within the limits set by management.
- Follow up with buyers and help them move towards booking.
- Work with the telecaller and channel partners to reach more buyers.
- Keep customer details, call records, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Share regular sales updates with the Sales Lead.
- Work towards sales targets and help the team achieve its goals.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any field.
- 25 years of experience in sales.




- Real estate or villa sales experience is preferred.
- Positive skills in calling, follow-up, and customer service.
- Able to explain property details in a clear and simple way.
- Good at handling questions and discussing sales terms.
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Willing to make daily calls and travel to project sites.
- Ready to work towards sales targets.
