Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA) who can take complete ownership of student enrolments, revenue generation, and batch completion within defined timelines.

This is not a role limited to calling leads and conducting counselling sessions. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving prospects through the entire sales pipeline, converting enquiries into paid enrolments, maintaining disciplined follow-ups, and ensuring that assigned batches achieve their required enrolment targets on time.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales ownership, negotiation skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a performance-driven environment. The candidate must be comfortable working with targets, monitoring conversion performance, identifying sales gaps, and taking corrective action to ensure batch completion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Batch Completion & Enrolment Ownership

- Take end-to-end responsibility for completing assigned batches within the defined enrolment timelines.
- Work towards achieving batch-wise enrolment targets and required student strength.
- Develop and execute follow-up strategies to close pending enrolments before batch commencement.
- Monitor enrolment progress, identify gaps against targets, and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain a transparent pipeline of confirmed enrolments, pending payments, and high-potential prospects.
- Escalate risks that may delay batch completion and propose actionable solutions.

2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation

- Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed, paid enrolments for PerpeX programs.
- Conduct structured counselling conversations to understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Drive enrolment closures through confident communication, negotiation, objection handling, and consistent follow-ups.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
