Position: PYP Teacher

Job Purpose

To facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering students’ critical thinking, creativity, independence, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver inquiry-based, student-centered lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Develop and implement Units of Inquiry through team-oriented planning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Promote the IB Learner Profile attributes and international-mindedness.
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues.
- Participate in professional development and school activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of primary teaching experience preferred.
- Prior IB PYP experience or training is an advantage.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and planning skills.

Pay: Up to ₹39,000.00 per month
