Technical Manager (Training)

DriveX, backed by TVS Motor Company, is hiring a Technical Manager to lead training operations for mechanics and bike inspection engineers across multi-brand two-wheelers, covering both technical and customer-facing skills.

What you’ll do

- Design and deliver hands-on technical training for mechanics and inspection engineers on Hero, Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Yamaha, Royal Enfield and Suzuki vehicles
- Train staff on fault diagnosis, EFI systems, engine overhaul and electrical troubleshooting, using live workshop demonstrations and vehicle inspection sessions
- Assess technician competency and define individual training roadmaps and brand-specific modules
- Train evaluation engineers on communication, customer handling, complaint resolution and etiquette, and coach them on interaction quality
- Plan training calendars across locations, and maintain training materials, assessments, records and effectiveness reports




- Coordinate with OEM representatives and workshop heads to align training with brand standards

What we’re looking for

- 6-10 years of experience in two-wheeler technical training, service management or a related training role
- Diploma or degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with multi-brand OEM two-wheelers
- Deep expertise in two-wheeler engines, EFI systems and electrical diagnostics
- Experience managing or mentoring training teams or evaluation functions
- Robust skills in building training content (PPT, Excel trackers, assessments, manuals)
- Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada
- Bengaluru-based candidates only (final interview round is face to face)
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
