Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Management and Finance subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Deliver lectures on Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Markets, Banking, Accounting for Managers, and related subjects according to specialization.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Use practical examples and case-based teaching to enhance student understanding.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and research activities.
- Support curriculum development and departmental academic planning.




- Conduct research and contribute to publications and conferences, where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, as prescribed by applicable regulations.
- Ph.D. and/or NET/SET/SLET qualification, as applicable to the position and prevailing regulations.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Industry experience, research publications, and academic experience will be advantageous for senior positions.

Assistant Professor: Eligible fresh candidates may apply.

Associate Professor / Professor: Relevant teaching and research experience must meet applicable regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
