Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to promote and sell our education and healthcare products and programmes to students, parents, colleges, schools, hospitals and working professionals. You will generate leads, counsel prospects, convert enquiries into admissions and build long-term partnerships for Wellcaza.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, social media, referrals, events and school and college outreach.
- Counsel students, parents and professionals on programmes, fees, eligibility and career paths, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with leads on time and record every enquiry and status in the lead tracker or CRM.
- Visit schools, colleges, hospitals and training institutes to build partnerships and arrange talks and campaigns.
- Meet monthly enquiry, conversion and revenue targets set by management.
- Work with the admissions,



marketing and academic teams on campaigns, open days and promotional material.
- Share market feedback, competitor information and student needs with the management team.
- Represent Wellcaza professionally at education fairs, seminars and community events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; BBA, MBA or marketing qualifications are an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, education counselling or healthcare marketing. Motivated freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.
- Comfortable with calls, presentations and field visits, with a smartphone and a valid two-wheeler licence preferred.
