Job Description

Rukmani Motors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Workshop Manager to manage service workshop operations for electric scooters and bikes. The ideal candidate must have previous two-wheeler industry experience and strong technical and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop and service center operations.
- Supervise service technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle delivery.
- Monitor repair quality and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to two-wheelers.
- Coordinate spare parts availability with the inventory department.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and workshop reports.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and service standards.
- Handle customer escalations and improve after-sales service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Mandatory: Previous experience in the two-wheeler industry only.




- Experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Workshop Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, repairs, and workshop operations.
- Knowledge of electric scooters, batteries, motors, and electrical systems is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and achieve service targets.

Salary Details

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
- Salary will depend on experience, technical knowledge, and management skills.
