Job Summary

Welcraft is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have good working knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting principles. Candidates with professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally.

* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

* Handle GST entries, invoicing, and GST return documentation.

* Maintain ledgers, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.

* Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

* Monitor company income, expenses, and cash flow.

* Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.





* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

* Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

* CA, CMA, or ACCA qualification is preferred; candidates pursuing these qualifications may also apply.

* Relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
