Draftsman (Civil / Landscape Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with a solid background in AutoCAD drafting and construction drawings. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, site measurements, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites to take measurements and verify site conditions.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on actual site requirements.
- Develop detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Prepare hatching, dimensioning, and annotation of drawings as per project standards.
- Extract quantities from drawings for BOQ and estimation purposes.
- Create 3D models and visual presentations when required.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman or Civil Draftsman.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and site requirements.
