Job Overview
WAAYU is looking for bright, analytical and motivated MBA freshers from IIMs to work closely with the Founder’s Office. This role offers direct exposure to business strategy, market research, financial analysis, growth initiatives and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Support business strategy, growth planning and expansion initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership.
- Analyse business performance, KPIs and operational metrics.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with the Founder and internal teams on strategic priorities.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel, including PivotTables, lookup formulas and data analysis.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of business analysis, market research and financial fundamentals.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive attitude, ownership and attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM from an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is mandatory.
- Freshers only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong academic, analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
