About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, patient-focused Floater Orthodontist to support multiple Toothsi retail centres across Mumbai and MMR. The candidate will be responsible for orthodontic consultations, treatment planning, aligner case management, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

The selected candidate will be deployed across Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, and Kharghar based on operational requirements, patient appointments, planned leaves, weekly offs, and business needs.

The role also involves supporting dental campaigns, BTL activities, and customer engagement initiatives to increase awareness of Toothsi's clear aligner solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical & Orthodontic Responsibilities

- Conduct orthodontic consultations and assess patients for clear aligner treatments.
- Evaluate dental conditions, bite alignment, malocclusion, and treatment suitability.
- Develop and explain orthodontic treatment plans in accordance with clinical requirements.
- Review aligner treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Manage aligner delivery, fit checks, attachments, and other related clinical procedures as applicable.




- Conduct follow-up consultations and address patient concerns throughout the treatment journey.
- Coordinate with Associate Dentists and clinical teams to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and professional dental guidelines.

2. Patient Consultation & Treatment Management

- Educate patients about clear aligners, treatment duration, expected outcomes, and compliance requirements.
- Explain treatment options and address patient queries with clarity and professionalism.
- Build patient confidence through effective communication and clinical guidance.
- Monitor treatment progress and recommend appropriate interventions when required.
- Handle patient escalations and coordinate with the relevant clinical team for resolution.

3. Centre Coverage & Travel

- Provide orthodontic coverage across Toothsi retail centres in Mumbai and MMR.
- Support centre operations based on patient appointments, staffing requirements, and business needs.
- Travel between assigned locations as per the operational schedule.

- Borivali
- Andheri
- Dadar
- Ghatkopar
- Thane
- Kharghar

Important: The orthodontist will be assigned to one centre per day and will not be required to travel between multiple centres on the same day.

A monthly travel allowance of ₹3,000 will be provided.

4. Campaigns & Customer Engagement

- Participate in dental camps, BTL activities,



promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives as required.
- Provide orthodontic guidance and basic screenings during approved promotional activities.
- Educate prospective patients about Toothsi's clear aligner solutions and treatment benefits.
- Support customer awareness and treatment conversion through ethical, clinically appropriate consultations.
- Represent the makeO toothsi brand professionally during campaigns and outdoor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience; freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of transparent aligner treatments, orthodontic diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong patient consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and MMR.
- Comfortable working in a retail dental environment and participating in campaigns as required.
- Patient-focused approach with the ability to explain complex treatment plans clearly.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Working Details

- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational weekday off; no fixed weekend offs
- Work Mode: In-person
- Centre Coverage: Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane & Kharghar
- Compensation: ₹50,000–₹60,000 gross per month + performance incentives
- Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Travel Requirement: Mandatory within Mumbai & MMR, as per business requirements
- Campaign Participation: Required as per business requirements
