Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT skilled with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise software implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot enterprise software products in lab and customer environments.
- Set up virtual lab environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi or equivalent platforms.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, define project scope, and prepare technical implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure, identity, messaging, and network-related issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, and technical presentations.
- Prepare project plans, prerequisite documents, installation guides, technical documentation, and status reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel to customer sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure and Active Directory administration.




- Robust knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, domain trusts, and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and enterprise endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of Exchange administration, mailbox management, mail flow, connectors, permissions, hybrid configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL Server, Oracle Database, VMware, and Windows File Services.
- Familiarity with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell/EMC and NetApp.
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Candidate Requirement

Candidates must currently work for an IT services, software, or technology solutions company and have hands-on experience in customer-facing implementation or support roles. Candidates working exclusively in internal IT administration roles in non-IT organizations are not preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
