We are looking for compassionate and responsible Junior Nurses to provide routine nursing care and daily patient assistance at home. Freshers with valid nursing registration are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care according to the patient's care plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature and oxygen saturation, when trained and required.
- Assist with medication administration within the nurse’s authorised scope of practice.
- Provide personal hygiene care, including diaper changing, bed baths, grooming and toileting assistance.
- Assist patients with feeding, mobility, repositioning and daily activities.
- Support patients recovering from surgery, illness or hospitalisation.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, cleanliness and infection prevention standards.
- Observe changes in the patient's condition and promptly inform the family or supervising healthcare skilled.
- Maintain basic patient-care records and follow assigned care instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable nursing council.
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification, as applicable to the position.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient safety.
- Good communication skills and a caring attitude.
Preferred
- Previous hospital or home-care nursing experience.
- Experience in general wards, post-operative care or elderly care.
- Freshers with appropriate qualifications and registration may apply.
Eligibility
- Male and female candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work at patients’ homes.
- 12-hour or 24-hour duty availability.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
