1. A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch).
2. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp knowledge is must.
3. Tamil Nadu Building Codes & Regulations: Deep knowledge of all Tamil Nadu local zoning laws and , structural safety, fire codes, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
