Minimum 1 Year of relevant Travel-domain experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have experience in areas such as:

- Travel Operations
- Airline/Travel Support
- Booking & Reservations
- Ticketing
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Rescheduling
- Travel Customer Support
- Backend Travel Operations
- Email/Chat Support

Communication

- B2 communication mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good email-handling skills
- Robust comprehension
- Professional customer handling
