Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with an IT background to support the sales team by combining solid organizational skills with technical knowledge. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, particularly for IT infrastructure products and services. You should have a basic understanding of IT concepts and the ability to address routine technical queries, coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams on complex requirements, and manage bid-related activities efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:





- Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government procurement portals.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, and updates on the GeM Portal.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submitted bids, and outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end bid management process, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and management teams to obtain bid documentation and necessary approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with tender requirements.
- Liaise with government departments and procurement authorities, as required.
- Track bid status, order processing, and contract-related activities.
- Support the sales team in quotation preparation, order processing, and customer coordination.

Qualification:

- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination for IT infrastructure products and services.
- Prior experience in sales coordination is required; experience in bid management will be an added advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant graduate degree is preferred.
- A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration is preferred.
