Job Summary

Luminous Infoways Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated AIML Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions to address real-world business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.

- Develop and implement solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Build NLP pipelines for text processing, information extraction, classification, and semantic search.

- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and external data sources.

- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and LLM workflows.

- Work with vector databases and embedding models for efficient information retrieval.

- Perform model evaluation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for code quality, security, and deployment.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.

- Hands-on experience with NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and LLMs.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow,



Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and integration workflows.

- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks is desirable.

- Understanding of SQL, Git, and deployment practices is an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.

- MCA or M.Tech in a relevant technical specialization.

- Equivalent relevant technical expertise may be considered.

Experience Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AIML or AI engineering.

- Practical experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

- Demonstrable hands-on experience with NLP, RAG, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Good communication and technical documentation skills.

- Willingness to learn and work with emerging AI technologies.
