About the Role :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community & User Engagement Intern to help build and engage a growing user community. The intern will focus on user communication, onboarding support, feedback collection, community activities, and engagement initiatives to improve the overall user experience.

Internship Duration: 6 Months
Purpose: Learning and Practical Experience

This is a 6-month internship designed for learning and skill development. The intern will gain practical exposure to community management, user communication, onboarding processes, feedback management, and engagement strategies while working closely with management and different teams. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding user needs, and building strong communities in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in onboarding and engaging new users.
- Interact with users to understand their feedback, needs, and requirements.
- Collect, organize, and document user feedback systematically.
- Identify common user concerns and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities.
- Support user awareness initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor community interactions and engagement levels.
- Suggest ideas to improve user participation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain records of user feedback, engagement activities, and common concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve user engagement.
- Assist in communicating product updates, announcements, and important information to users.
- Support initiatives aimed at building a positive and active user community.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with different people.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to organize feedback and information systematically.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned activities and follow through on tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Interest in community building, user experience, and digital engagement.
