Hiring: Senior Manager – Procurement / Purchase

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Procurement / Purchase with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, new vendor development, commercial negotiations, and project-related procurement of IT hardware or hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strategic sourcing plans and identify new vendors.
- Lead vendor negotiations to achieve cost savings and favourable commercial terms.
- Manage end-to-end project procurement of IT hardware, electronics, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Handle RFQs, vendor evaluations, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability and project execution.
- Drive cost optimization, quality control, and on-time delivery.

Candidate Requirements





- 15+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / Strategic Sourcing.
- Solid experience in project-based procurement of IT hardware or hardware products.
- Proven expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and negotiations.
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IT hardware, electronics, AV, networking, or similar industries is preferred.
