We are hiring Civil Helpers for our projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction or related site activities. An ITI qualification is mandatory.
The selected candidates will assist civil workers and site supervisors in daily construction activities while following workplace safety procedures and maintaining work quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily civil construction and site activities.
- Support masonry, concreting, plastering, and other related civil works.
- Handle construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled workers and supervisors with assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the project site.
- Follow site safety guidelines and instructions.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction or a similar field.
- ITI qualification is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and civil site activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work at project sites in the UAE.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
