We are looking for HR Recruiter who can help us attract, screen, and select qualified applicants for available jobs in our company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing sourcing strategies, and making job postings. Ideal candidates should have the ability to build relationships quickly with both applicants and hiring managers.
Roles and responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates for multiple positions in Cybersecurity / IT recruitments.
- Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues.
· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Screening and evaluating candidates.
- Update hiring tracker & maintain reports .
- Maintain candidate and employee databases.
- Conduct on boarding & documentation process
- Continuously learning the recent HR processes and adapting the industry’s best practices.
- Assist HR Manager in HR task as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in the recruitment and selection process in Cybersecurity /IT industry or Technical Recruitment.
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and staffing agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
