Key Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and finishing.
- Provide hair coloring, highlights, global color, and other chemical services.
- Perform hair spa, smoothening, keratin, straightening, and other hair treatments as per expertise.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and home-care routines.
- Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, trends, and salon techniques.
- Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow salon service standards and professional conduct.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Skilled hairdressing training or relevant salon experience.
- Good knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and hair care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage appointments efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
