Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable communication solutions.
- Present products, conduct online demos, prepare quotations, and negotiate business deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects, manage sales pipelines, and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM records, and client follow-up details.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, Excel, and online tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
