Healthcare Case Manager – Patient Advocacy & Private Health
Healync Private Health | Kolkata On-Premise
This is not a conventional case-management role.
Healync Private Health is looking for exceptional Healthcare Case Managers to become trusted healthcare partners to leaders of industry and their families.
Think of this role as a wealth manager for health — you own the relationship, understand the family’s healthcare needs, build the roadmap and ensure that every aspect of their healthcare journey is handled seamlessly.
What you’ll do

- Become the single point of contact and trusted healthcare partner for your members and their families.
- Work closely with our operations team to manage everything from specialist appointments and diagnostics to admissions, procedures, home care and international medical reviews.
- Coordinate with leading medical institutions and specialists in India and globally — including Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Apollo and Tata Memorial Hospital, among others.
- Facilitate independent medical opinions, second opinions and specialist consultations based on each member’s needs, connecting them with the right expertise wherever it may be.
- Act as a robust patient advocate, ensuring that members understand their options and that their interests remain at the centre of every healthcare decision.
- Remain completely member-centric and institution-agnostic. Healync does not represent, promote or receive incentives from any hospital, doctor or healthcare provider.
- Build and maintain a proactive health calendar and long-term healthcare roadmap for your members.




- Attend consultations with members when your presence can help with coordination, context or decision-making.
- Anticipate needs, identify gaps and intervene when necessary rather than simply responding to requests.
- Work with a dedicated backend team that supports execution — while you remain accountable for the overall experience and outcome.
- Be willing to travel, visit members and personally step in when required to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle sensitive and high-stakes situations with urgency, discretion and empathy.

Who you are
We are looking for someone who combines clinical understanding with exceptional relationship management, communication and ownership.

- Clinical/healthcare degree is essential — MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm/M.Pharm or a relevant allied healthcare discipline.
- 2–3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, patient coordination, healthcare management, TPA or a related healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and hospital workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — you will interact regularly with senior business leaders, families, doctors and leading medical institutions.
- Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders,



families and leading medical professionals.
- Calm, empathetic and highly discreet.
- Naturally proactive — you see what needs to happen before being asked.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stepping in personally when the situation demands it.
- Open to travel and visiting members when required.
- High level of ownership and an uncompromising approach to service.
- This is an on-premise role based in Kolkata
