Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to develop, maintain, and improve our company website and web applications related to real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain the company website and web applications.
- Update property listings, project details, images, pricing information, and other real estate content.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites that work smoothly across desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to implement website requirements.
- Improve website speed, performance, security, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Integrate enquiry forms, lead-generation tools, CRM systems, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and ensure website functionality.
- Maintain website databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Support digital promotion of real estate projects through website updates and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Web Development.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with React, Angular, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant frameworks and platforms.
- Knowledge of database management, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of SEO, website security, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating APIs, enquiry forms, and CRM tools.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with real estate, construction, or property listing websites.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create project landing pages and property showcase pages.
- Experience managing hosting, domains, and website deployment.
