Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage its experience centre, assist walk-in and scheduled customers, demonstrate products, and convert enquiries into sales. Candidates with experience in home automation, smart home solutions, home improvement, or technical products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage walk-in customers and scheduled appointments at the experience centre.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and suitable solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain the showroom's presentation, product displays, and overall experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams for quotations, reporting, and order follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA; candidates from any discipline may apply.
- 1–4 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in home automation, smart home products, building supplies, or technical products is preferred.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
