We are currently seeking, a dynamic and highly organized SeniorFacilities &Admin; Manager to join our team.
Senior Facility & Admin Manager - To join our team who will be incharge of a ground + 8 floor, state of art building, ensuring our tenants get a good experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and maintenance work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Candidate should have experience in: -
· Appointing & Monitoring AMC vendors like AC, Fire Fighting, Pest Control & getting timely service from them.
· Gardening / Carpentry / Electrical / Plumbing / Air Condition / Painting and other repair & maintenance.
· Taking care of housekeeping activities and monitoring quality of work.
· Knowledge of computer (MS: Word, Excel & Outlook & networking work). Proficient Google workspace, basic technical proficiency – ability to troubleshoot minor PC issue.
· Security guards monitoring.
· Vendor Negotiation skills & procurement handling.
· Experience in new office setup and administrative coordination.
· Knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools.
· Friendly, cheerful & helpful approach
· Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role.
· Experience in construction activity will be added advantages.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
