Job Title: Plant Head – Two-Wheeler EV Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee the overall operations of our two-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, manpower management, inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise assembly lines, workforce, and departmental heads.
- Monitor production costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of finished vehicles.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing regulations.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and spare parts availability.
- Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA in Operations or Production Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Experience in automobile, electric vehicle (EV), or two-wheeler manufacturing is preferred.
- Previous experience in a plant leadership or senior production management role is desirable.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹558,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
