Position Overview
The Housekeeping Staff / Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene,sanitation, and cleanliness across residential complexes, commercial office buildings, or retail facilities.Working as part of the facilities management team, this role ensures all common areas, restrooms,workstations, and high-traffic corridors remain clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities

- Routine Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors across lobbies, hallways,stairwells, pantries, and designated operational areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean, sanitize, and disinfect toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and tiles.Replenish consumable supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissue rolls on regular schedules.
- Dusting & Surface Care: Dust and wipe desks, glass partitions, handrails, door fixtures, and furniture using appropriate cleaning agents to prevent surface damage.
- Waste Management: Empty garbage bins throughout the premises, replace bin liners,



sort recyclable versus non-recyclable refuse, and transfer waste to central disposal points.
- Chemical & Equipment Handling: Safely handle, dilute, and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety data guidelines. Operate manual and mechanized equipment (such as wet/dry vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers).
- Hazard & Fault Reporting: Immediately report plumbing leaks, electrical issues, broken fixtures, or surface damage encountered during cleaning rounds to the facility supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Primary or secondary education completion.
- Experience: Fresher OR Prior experience in commercial office housekeeping, residential facility cleaning, or hotel janitorial services preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, attention to detail, basic understanding of hygiene standards, and ability to follow routine checklists.
- Physical Demands: Active

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
