About the Role:

We are hiring a seasoned, self-reliant Security Guard who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are the type of professional who reads a situation before it escalates, takes ownership of your post, and operates with integrity when no one is watching. This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who has been in the field long enough to know what to do—and does it without being told.

What You'll Do:

- Independently patrol hotel grounds, corridors, parking areas, and back-of-house zones.
- Monitor CCTV and access points, acting on irregularities without waiting for direction.
- Respond decisively to guest disturbances, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Enforce hotel policies on noise, visitors, and access with firmness and tact.
- Write clear, accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs.
- Make sound judgment calls on shift—escalating only when truly necessary.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

What We Require:

- 3+ years of security experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment.
- Valid security license (e.g., SIA, state guard card)



as required by law.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and take full ownership of your shift.
- Sharp observation skills, robust situational awareness, and a calm head under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for report writing.
- Physically fit—able to stand, walk, and respond quickly for 8+ hours.
- A clean, polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
