Job Description
We are looking for a Liaisoning Executive – Land to support land identification, land acquisition, documentation, and coordination with government authorities for our renewable energy and EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of land-related procedures, and a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and shortlisting suitable land for projects.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities.
- Support land purchase, lease, and acquisition processes.
- Verify and maintain land records and documents.
- Coordinate with Revenue Offices, Talati, Mamlatdar, and other government departments.
- Assist in obtaining land-related permissions and approvals.
- Follow up on land conversion (NA), title verification, and registration processes.
- Maintain land acquisition reports and documentation.
- Visit project sites and government offices as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate / BBA / LLB or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of Gujarat land records (7/12, 8-A, Property Card, etc.).
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local government procedures is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and official work.
- Experience in land acquisition, real estate, EPC, or renewable energy will be preferred.
