Job Description

1.Ensure student details are updated in ERP once after CL is received
2.To update course and student enrollment in the ERP
3.Provide coursework handbook and Academic Calendar to the students
4.To Conduct Orientation session for Recent students
5.Follow up on Academic and Fee payments effectively
6.To update the conversation with the students in ERP
7.To communicate the students about FSI /Webinar/Forum sessions.
8.To ensure marks are updated in ERP
9.To communicate the students about the exam schedules well In advance




10.To co-ordinate with students for Mock, Final Examination, Backlog, Resit,
Reschedule and Viva examination
11.To prepare student details for publishing Results
12.Maintanining Student records
13.Handling student escalations/requests (deferral/withdrawal/Intake change)
14.To co-ordinate with Academic co-ordinators to get the Report Evaluation done
15.Preparation of required documents for ACC and Graduation Request
16.Preparation of Daily brief

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
