- Manage multiple stores and drive sales to achieve business targets.
- Monitor store performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and guide Store Managers and their teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Conduct regular store visits and review sales reports.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth store operations.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery or premium retail.
- Experience in multi-store management and team leadership.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned store locations.
