Job Overview
We are looking for a Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, understand property requirements, and identify suitable properties available for sale or rent. The role involves telecalling, collecting client details, matching requirements with available properties, and coordinating with the respective team for further follow-up.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and respond to property enquiries.
- Understand client requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type, and whether they are looking to buy or rent.
- Collect basic client details and maintain accurate enquiry records.
- Check available residential and commercial properties and match them with client requirements.
- Share matched client profiles and relevant property details with the respective team.
- Follow up with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Maintain call records and update client information regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of every enquiry.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and client follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client needs and identify suitable property options.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-management skills.
- Interest in real estate and willingness to learn about the property market.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
