Job Summary

Puja IVF Fertility Centre is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting, vendor payments, purchase orders (PO), PF, ESIC, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
- Manage vendor payments, verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare, process, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and purchase-related documentation.
- Handle PF and ESIC-related documentation, calculations, and compliance coordination.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and outstanding payments.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.




- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and statements for management.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and management regarding accounts and payments.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.COM)/MBA(FIN) or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of vendor payments, PF, ESIC, and purchase orders (PO).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
