Job Title: IT Executive (Troubleshooting & Networking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connections.

- Resolve internet connectivity and system access issues.

- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors for technical support.

- Follow IT security policies and backup procedures.





- Assist with system upgrades and network maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or networking.

- Knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.

- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA certification is an advantage.

- Experience with cloud systems and remote desktop support is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
