Job Summary

KAIGO Home Health Care LLP is looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing and business development activities in Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and marketing skills, with the ability to generate new business opportunities, establish B2B partnerships, organize promotional activities, and contribute directly to company revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, develop innovative marketing strategies, and actively work in the field to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Marketing & Field Promotions

- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns across Trivandrum.
- Promote KAIGO's home nursing, physiotherapy, laboratory, and other healthcare services.
- Organize flyer distribution and local promotional campaigns.
- Identify suitable locations for promotional boards, including No Parking boards, subject to required permissions.
- Develop innovative, cost-effective promotional ideas to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

2. B2B Marketing & Business Development

- Establish business relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop partnerships with residential associations, corporate offices, senior citizen communities, and institutions.
- Generate leads through direct visits, networking,



and referral partnerships.
- Identify new business channels and opportunities to expand KAIGO's healthcare services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.

3. Medical Camps & Promotional Events

- Plan, coordinate, and organize medical camps, health awareness programmes, and community healthcare events.
- Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, residential associations, and organizations to conduct health camps.
- Generate genuine customer enquiries and business leads through medical camps.
- Coordinate with internal healthcare teams for successful event execution.

4. Revenue Growth & Lead Generation

- Develop and implement strategies to increase monthly revenue.
- Achieve assigned marketing, lead generation, and business development targets.
- Convert potential business opportunities into confirmed customers.
- Identify new areas and services with strong revenue potential.
- Track marketing performance, customer enquiries, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Submit regular marketing activity and business development reports.

5. Creative Marketing & Business Expansion

- Introduce fresh and innovative ideas to improve KAIGO's market presence.
- Identify opportunities for local advertising, community engagement, and promotional partnerships.
- Recommend cost-effective marketing activities with measurable results.




- Take ownership of assigned marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in field marketing, direct sales, or business development preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or home healthcare marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.
- Creative thinking with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
