Key Responsibilities

- Attend a mandatory training and orientation at Abha (maybe 3-5 days)
- Study and develop a thorough understanding of the programme content, training materials and facilitation guidelines.
- Facilitate teacher training workshops across assigned Circles within the District.
- Anchor the workshops, manage participant engagement and represent Antahin Abha confidently.
- Follow the prescribed training process and complete associated tasks, including attendance and feedback collection.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a school or education setting, with prior facilitation or workshop delivery experience.
- Language: Strong spoken, reading and writing proficiency in Bengali & Hindi,



with familiarity with local dialects wherever required.
- Local context: Good understanding of the district's context and school environment. Willingness to travel.
- Personal attributes: Confident communicator, comfortable addressing groups, able to comprehend and follow instructions, and capable of exercising judgement within defined guidelines.

Good to Have

- Prior experience as a teacher or teacher trainer.
- Familiarity with ECCE, foundational learning or activity-based pedagogy.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
