We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Intern to support packaging quality checks and artwork verification. The intern will help ensure that packaging materials and proofs match approved designs, specifications, and brand guidelines before they move to printing or production.
Key Responsibilities
- Review packaging proofs for cartons, labels, tubes, and glass etchings against approved artwork and design specifications.
- Verify packaging layouts and proofs against die-lines and brand guidelines.
- Identify and flag spelling mistakes, incorrect product information, design inconsistencies, and other artwork discrepancies.
- Check that packaging proofs match the latest approved versions before printing or production.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to clarify discrepancies and support timely corrections.
- Maintain attention to detail while reviewing packaging artwork and documenting issues for follow-up.
Requirements
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Good written communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn about packaging materials, artwork proofs, and pre-press checks.
- Basic computer skills and comfort reviewing documents or design proofs.
- A background in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Quality, or a related field may be relevant
