- Provide Legal Counsel: Advise on real estate transactions, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and Draft Documents: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Represent in Negotiations: Lead negotiations with stakeholders for property deals and dispute resolutions.
- Stay Informed on Laws: Keep up-to-date with real estate laws and industry trends.

- Skills: Legal knowledge, drafting, negotiation, problem-solving.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

- Malayalam and English (Preferred)

Location:

- Calicut, Kerala (Preferred)
