We are looking for a Lead Automation qualified to head software design, programming and commissioning of automation projects.
Key responsibilities:
Own the automation roadmap, manpower planning and project delivery
Lead PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD and servo programming and implementation
Drive first time right commissioning and reduce site commissioning time
Build, mentor and train the automation team
Lead software standardization across projects
Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics
15+ years of experience in industrial automation, with team leadership
Siemens, Rockwell and Mitsubishi platforms
Ladder, FBD, Structured Text and SFC programming
PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, Modbus TCP/IP and serial protocols
Domain exposure in chemical, effluent treatment or pharmaceutical C++ / C# awareness is an added advantage
