Earthen Textures Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of premium architectural texture finishes for residential, commercial, hospitality, and exterior projects. We work with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and applicators to deliver distinctive surface finishes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence in Pune, build relationships with architects and builders, promote our products, and generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Earthen Textures products among architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals.
- Identify new projects, business opportunities, and potential customers in Pune.
- Coordinate product presentations, sample distribution, demonstrations, and meetings.
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities, exhibitions, architect meets, and other marketing events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Ensure proper branding at project sites through signboards, product displays, and promotional materials.




- Maintain records of client meetings, market visits, leads, and competitor activities.
- Submit regular reports on marketing activities, follow-ups, and business development progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in brand marketing, field marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet architects, interior designers, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for market visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the construction, interior design, architectural products, or building materials industry will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of architect, designer, builder, and contractor meetings.
- Recent leads and project opportunities generated.
- Growth in brand visibility and market presence.
- Number of product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities conducted.
- Follow-up effectiveness and contribution to sales growth.

Compensation

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
