We are looking for an experienced Senior – Bid Management professional with mandatory banking domain experience and a strong understanding of bid management, tendering, and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end bid management, team handling, proposal preparation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Oracle DBA and Windows is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, eProcurement, and other platforms to identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle, including requirement analysis, documentation, proposal preparation, and submission.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, and management teams for timely bid submissions.
- Lead and manage the bid management team, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain bid trackers, tender documentation, and databases of upcoming opportunities.
- Support pre-sales, business development, and client interaction activities.
- Track market trends and identify relevant business opportunities.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements





- 6+ years of experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, or Pre-Sales.
- Banking domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in end-to-end bid management, RFPs, RFQs, tendering, and proposal preparation.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle DBA and Windows.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
